Job Description

Job Profile: Production Executive

Location:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities as per schedule.
Ensure batch processing is done as per SOP, BMR, and GMP guidelines.
Monitor machine operations, material usage, and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper housekeeping and hygiene in the production area.

Ensure all in-process checks are performed and recorded.Coordinate with QC/QA team for approvals and process monitoring.
Identify and resolve any production deviations or non-conformities.

Supervise production staff and assign daily tasks.
Provide training and guidance to shop floor workers.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity.

Maintain records such as BPR/BMR, yield reports, and production logs.
Coordinate with Store for timely material issuance.
Submit daily and monthly production reports to the Plant Head.

Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety standards.
Support internal and external audits and inspections.
Knowledge of Audit process, related with ISO, FDA, GMP, Halal & EU certification

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of GMP and production documentation
Understanding of Ayurvedic / Herbal / Pharma manufacturing processes
Good leadership and communication skills. Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
