Production Executive

We’re Hiring: Production Executive (Full-Time)
Location: Delhi (Candidates must be based in Delhi)
Experience: 6–7 years
Preferred Background: Hospitality, Travel, Merchandising, Event Management, or any operational role with strong attention to detail.

Are you someone who thrives on structure, deadlines, and creating seamless travel experiences? We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Production Executive to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities

Trip Management & Execution

• Handle end-to-end management once a holiday is confirmed
• Coordinate hotels, transfers, activities, guides & all logistics
• Ensure travel packs, vouchers & itineraries are accurate and delivered on time

Booking & Timeline Management

• Manage timelines for flights, visas, insurance & trip information
• Track and follow up on all pre-departure formalities
• Maintain checklists and flag risks or delays proactively

Vendor & Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transport partners & other vendors
• Negotiate rates when needed
• Ensure proper documentation of confirmations and agreements

Production & Financial Records

• Maintain production spends, vendor payments & invoices
• Collaborate with accounts for accurate reconciliations
• Support budget tracking and cost accuracy

CRM & Documentation

• Update CRM with guest details, payments, supplier info & trip status
• Maintain complete communication and update trails

Skills & Competencies
