Job Title: Production Executive

Reporting to: Production Manager / Director

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma in Food Technology
• Experience: 2–4 years in food manufacturing or FMCG production (bakery preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing daily production schedules.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and maintain stock levels.
• Monitor and operate production equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain quality standards and assist in quality control checks.
• Record and report production data and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep.
• Support team members and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
• Maintain hygiene and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) in the production area.
• Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of food production processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel / ERP knowledge preferred).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
