As a Personal Assistant to the Director at our leading FMCG company in Guwahati, you will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing the Director's schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. You will be responsible for handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls, as well as preparing presentations, reports, and documents. Additionally, you will coordinate meetings, conferences, and events while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in using the latest software applications such as MS Office and Google Suite. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information are paramount, and a bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. Ideally, you will have 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant, demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with the flexibility to work beyond regular hours when necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience working with senior executives and knowledge of administrative procedures and protocols.
