Production Engineer

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Education Background Required

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Oversight: Plan, schedule, and supervise production operations to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards through regular inspections and ensure readiness for dispatch.
• Resource Management: Manage raw materials, inventory, and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement while ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and evaluate the production team to ensure high performance and collaboration across departments.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor production progress, identify improvement areas, and generate detailed reports for management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, procurement, logistics, and repair teams to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic components.
• Proficiency in production management and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Effective team management and leadership abilities.
