Opportunity with a manufacturing company.
Knowledge of Raw Material, Specification, production, Trial run operation
Understanding extrusion, mixing, and pelletizing processes for uniform blending, and mastering parameters like temperature, speed, and pressure to avoid issues like degradation.
Manpower planning & shift schedule preparation , manpower attendance taking, administration monitoring & control
Operate and monitor compounding machines, ensuring precise mixing of raw materials to achieve desired formulations.
Familiarity with extruders, mixers, and other compounding machinery, along with maintenance practices to ensure efficient and consistent output.
Knowing the base polymers (like PVC, PP, PE) and additives (such as stabilizers, fillers, pigments, and plasticizers) that can enhance specific properties, like strength, flexibility, or durability. organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
Manpower Planning, Monitoring & Control
Assist in the loading of raw materials to the production lines
Knowledge of all Raw Materials
Understanding of production process and able to handle breakdown
Knowledge of Machine operation
Timely Completion of production schedule
In depth Knowledge on Products Monitoring production maintenance & dispatch related activities
Communication Skills,Leadership quality
Preparing Production reports
Fluent Reading,Writing and Analysis Skill
