Job Description The Production Engineer will assist the Production Manager in coordinating and executing production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Fabrication and assembly of electrical panels including: HT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels AMF Systems, PDB, Control & Relay Panels Instrumentation Panels, PLC/DCS Panels Planning and tracking production schedules. Coordinating with clients to ensure smooth business operations. Managing work progress to meet customer delivery expectations. Supervising departmental personnel and maintaining workflow efficiency. Ensuring compliance with industry quality standards and company protocols. Collaborating with the Shop Lead Hands to plan workflow and assembly methods. Monitoring adherence to safety and quality regulations. Qualifications: Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. Skills & Experience: 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing electrical (HT/LT) and control panels. Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Eplan, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team. Knowledge of interfacing with other engineering disciplines for project deliverables. Other Requirements: Willingness to work extended hours if necessary.
