Production Engineer

Job Title: Production Engineer
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Location: Pune (or as per project/site requirement)
Industry: Automotive / Automated Parking Systems / Heavy Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor daily production activities as per production plans
• Ensure smooth manufacturing of mechanical structures, assemblies, and sub-assemblies
• Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
• Monitor productivity, cycle time, material consumption, and manpower utilization
• Support implementation of SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards
• Assist in troubleshooting fabrication, welding, and assembly-related issues
• Ensure adherence to safety norms, 5S, and good manufacturing practices
• Maintain daily production reports and documentation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce rework

Education & Experience

• BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or Industrial Engineering
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience in automotive, fabrication, heavy engineering, or industrial systems preferred

Required Skills

• Good understanding of manufacturing and shop-floor operations
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control
• Working knowledge of MS Excel; ERP exposure preferred
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and support project/site requirements
