Production Engineer

Shift Timings – Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts

• First Shift 07.00 Hrs to 19.00 Hrs
• Second Shift 19.00 Hrs. to 07.00 Hrs

Job Description:

As a Production Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing production processes,

improving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of production processes to

meet production targets and customer demands.

2. Collaborate with production supervisors to optimize production schedules, ensuring

efficient utilization of resources.

3. Identify areas for process improvement, develop and implement strategies to

enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.

4. Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of production data, identify trends, and

propose corrective actions to address any deviations or inefficiencies.

5. Assist in the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes or

equipment, ensuring their seamless integration into existing production lines.

6. Support the implementation and adherence to quality control standards, ensuring

compliance with regulatory requirements and product specifications.

7. Work closely with the maintenance team to address equipment malfunctions or

breakdowns, coordinating timely repairs and preventive maintenance activities.

8. Collaborate with the safety team to promote a culture of safety awareness, identifying

and mitigating potential hazards in the production environment.

9. Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel, assisting in the

resolution of technical issues and troubleshooting production problems.

10. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in production

engineering, proactively suggesting and implementing innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related

field).

2. 0-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment (internships

or co-op experiences will be considered).

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address

process inefficiencies.

4. Solid understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and

continuous improvement methodologies.

5. Proficiency in using production management software and tools, as well as MS Office

applications.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate

effectively with cross-functional teams.

7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.

9. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to manufacturing

environments.

10. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Pay: ₹11,614.40 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Erandwane, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
