Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer at D2 International. The Production Engineer will be responsible for production planning, quality control, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize manufacturing processes on a day-to-day basis.

• Conduct detailed time studies to analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Reduce Non-Value Added Activities (NVAs) by recommending and adding appropriate tools and equipment to streamline operations.
• Work to reduce lead times by integrating new machinery and optimizing workflow.
• Collaborate with the Industrial Engineer and production teams to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining production documentation related to process improvements.
• Participate in troubleshooting production bottlenecks and proposing effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and practical implementations.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards during process modifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E., Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production engineering or related manufacturing roles.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, time studies, and process optimization.
•  Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with various departments.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
