The Project Engineer plays a key role in bridging communication between the client, design team, production, and site execution teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and specification-compliant delivery. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling of projects. Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, purchase, QA/QC) to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee site activities and ensure proper installation, assembly, and execution as per design and quality requirements. Monitor project progress, highlight delays or risks, and take corrective actions. Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and manpower at both plant and site locations.
