Profile - Production

Salary - up to 25k

Job location - Delhi Road ( Meerut )

You’ll lead daily shop-floor operations—from planning and execution to quality control,

maintenance oversight, and performance tracking—to ensure timely, compliant, cost-effective

production of air filtration systems and reporting to Production Head, Usha Filters

manufactures everything from prefilters to HEPA modules for clean rooms and industrial

applications.

�� Key Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling & Execution
• Develop and execute daily/weekly production plans based on sales orders and demand
• forecasts.
• Monitor workflow, optimize resource allocation across workstations and ensure
• completion of production targets within schedule.
• Making BOM as per Job card
• Tracking each process time taken to do job and setting Target time of each work to
• complete
• Making SOP of each work
• Training workers
• Quality Assurance
• Enforce Usha Filters’ ISO 9001:2015 and industry filtration standards in every batch.
• Perform routine inspections, track deviations, and initiate rootcause analysis with
• corrective actions to minimize rejections.
• Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to maximize uptime.
• Liaise with maintenance and engineering teams to swiftly address breakdowns and
• reduce downtime.
• Team Leadership & Training
• Supervise shift teams, including operators and technicians.
• Provide on-the-job training, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to
• SOPs and safety protocols.
• Health, Safety & Compliance
• Maintain a safe work environment in line with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Conduct routine safety audits and promote safe behaviors ensuring no lost-time incidents.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain accurate shift production logs, waste records, machine performance metrics, and manpower utilization.
• Submit daily/shift and monthly reports to management highlighting KPIs and
• improvement opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement
• Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste.
• Recommend and help implement process enhancements using Lean, 5S, or similar methodologies.
