Job Responsibilites / Job Discription / Job Profile :
1) Supervise and lead the production team to ensure smooth operations.
2)Production and manpower planning as per customer schedule
3)Continuous monitoring of actual production V / S target
4)Maintaining shop floor discipline as per company rules and regulation and ensuring safety operation of the entire plant
5)Optimize production processes to achieve maximum efficiency and product quality.
6) Adherence to daily production targets for SPM & Welding, 2) Blue collar labour cost measured as as Operator Salary Ratio w.r.to Sale, 3) Improvement in labour productivity measured as nos / person / hour
7)Implement measures to minimize defects and rework in the production process
8) Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet specified standards
9)Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machines are in optimal working condition.
10)To improve customer engagement – Reduction in internal PPM
11)Regularly review production schedules and adjust resources as necessary
12)To Improve Top line -- % Daily Delivery (Schedule) Adherence measured
13) Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
14)Generate regular reports for management on key performance indicators and production metrics

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
