Key Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring high uptime and reliable connectivity.
· Execute and validate TCS ERP manufacturing entries with accuracy and timeliness.
· Develop automation tools and reports using Excel Macros, VBA, or Power Automate.
· Troubleshoot IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
· Collaborate with departments to improve IT processes and ERP workflows.
· Maintain proper documentation for IT processes, ERP entries, and automation tools.
· Provide IT training and support to users when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:
· Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, VBA)
· ERP expertise (preferably TCS ERP manufacturing module)
· Knowledge of IT systems, basic networking, and connectivity
· Automation using Power Automate, Excel VBA, or similar tools
· Strong documentation and SOP preparation skills
Behavioural Skills:
· Detail-oriented and analytical approach
· Proactive and self-driven mindset
· Strong sense of ownership and confidentiality
· Collaborative and organized work style
· Effective time management during critical IT/ERP operations
