Production Engineer

Primary Job Title:

Key Responsibilities

• Manpower Management: Efficiently handle and allocate workforce across shifts
• Shift Management: Ensure smooth operations across all production shifts
• Production Planning & Control: Monitor daily production activities and ensure timely completion of targets
• Machine Handling: Operate and supervise CNC & VMC machinery and troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly production reports
• Coordination & Communication:
• Conduct regular meetings with management regarding Purchase Orders (POs)
• Understand and fulfill customer requirements and expectations
• Quality Control: Maintain production quality standards and ensure process compliance
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
  

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially CNC/VMC operations
• Ability to manage teams and shift schedules
• Proficient in production reporting and documentation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
