3D design and animation pipeline

project management skills

team coordination and time management

🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth project flow between artists, clients, and stakeholders.

🔹 Ability to identify bottlenecks and proactively provide solutions.

Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee day-to-day production schedules and pipelines.

✅ Coordinate between internal teams (artists, animators, designers) and clients.

✅ Ensure project milestones are met with quality standards.

✅ Manage resources and allocate tasks effectively.

✅ Support leadership in achieving business and creative goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a

  game art/animation studio

  .
• Knowledge of

  project management tools

  (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
