Adhyay Studios is a fast-growing 2D/3D art outsourcing and game development studio , working with global clients on games, promotional content, animation, and explainer videos . We’re expanding our core team and looking for highly organized and creative professionals to join us. Positions Open: Production Coordinator/Producer What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Strong understanding of the 3D design and animation pipeline – from concept to final output, specifically for gaming, animation, promotional, and explainer videos . 🔹 Solid project management skills – ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope. 🔹 Proven experience in team coordination and time management . 🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth project flow between artists, clients, and stakeholders. 🔹 Ability to identify bottlenecks and proactively provide solutions. Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee day-to-day production schedules and pipelines. ✅ Coordinate between internal teams (artists, animators, designers) and clients. ✅ Ensure project milestones are met with quality standards. ✅ Manage resources and allocate tasks effectively. ✅ Support leadership in achieving business and creative goals. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a game art/animation studio . Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.). Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
