Adhyay Studios is a creative outsourcing studio specializing in 2D/3D art and short-form video content. We work with global clients to produce high-quality visuals, motion content, and storytelling experiences. We are looking for an experienced 3D Blender Generalist with 5+ years of professional experience to help bring concepts to life through short videos and animations.

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D models, animations, and renders using Blender for short videos and marketing content. Handle the full pipeline: modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering, and compositing. Produce stylized and realistic 3D visuals tailored for advertising, explainer videos, and social media campaigns. Work closely with creative directors, motion designers, and editors to deliver visually engaging content. Develop cinematic shots, product visualizations, and motion sequences. Optimize workflows to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality. Experiment with camera movements, VFX, and simulations (particles, fluids, smoke, cloth, etc.) for dynamic videos. Stay up to date with the latest trends in motion graphics and 3D animation.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of proven professional experience as a 3D Blender Generalist. Expertise in Blender (modeling, shading, rigging, lighting, rendering, and animation). Strong skills in motion design, camera work, and storytelling through visuals. Proficiency with render engines (Cycles/Eevee). Experience with Compositing (Blender/After Effects/Nuke). Solid understanding of timing, weight, and animation principles. Knowledge of texturing and materials (Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.). Ability to deliver polished, production-ready assets and animations under deadlines. Excellent eye for composition, color, and cinematic detail.

Nice to Have

Experience in VFX, simulations, and procedural animation (Geometry Nodes, Houdini basics). Knowledge of motion graphics software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.). Familiarity with video editing for short-form content. Understanding of sound design integration for motion content.
