Production Coordinator

• Production Planning & Coordination
• Assist in preparing and executing daily/weekly/monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with different teams (production, maintenance, quality, stores, and dispatch) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with stores/purchase for timely supply.
• Monitoring & Reporting
• Track production progress against targets and report deviations.
• Prepare daily production reports for management review.
• Highlight issues such as delays, breakdowns, or shortages and coordinate quick resolution.
• Team Coordination & Communication
• Act as a bridge between production workers, supervisors, and management.
• Assign tasks to teams and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct short team meetings to communicate daily goals and instructions.
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure production activities follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the quality team in maintaining product standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms and factory policies.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives to improve productivity and reduce wastage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
