Job Description

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to manage end-to-end video production activities from collecting assets to scheduling and executing shoots. The role ensures smooth coordination between project teams, creative teams, cameramen, editors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Collect assets and requirements from clients and team.
Schedule and coordinate shoots with cameraman, anchors, actors, and venues.
Maintain production checklist and calendar.
Ensure smooth shoot execution and handover files to editor.
Build and manage vendor database (anchors, actors, models, venues, etc.).

Requirements

Graduate in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in production/event coordination (freshers with good skills can also apply).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
