The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth production workflows. Key ResponsibilitiesDealer CoordinationCommunicate with dealers regarding orders, requirements, and timelines Share updates, clarifications, and status reports as needed Estimates & Order ProcessingPrepare and send estimates/quotations to dealers Process confirmed orders accurately and on time Ensure all required details and documents are complete before production Job Card CreationPrepare job cards with accurate specifications and instructions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clarity and proper execution Production CoordinationFollow up with the production team regarding order status Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders Report any delays or issues to management Documentation & ReportingMaintain records of estimates, orders, job cards, and production updates Assist in generating daily/weekly reports as needed RequirementsFemale candidates preferred Graduate in any stream Strong communication and coordination skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email handling) Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines Detail-oriented and proactive 📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply through: 📧 Email: kanchanbhong12345@gmail.com 📞 Call or WhatsApp: 7276547661
