Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle production operations for concrete / RMC / precast manufacturing.
• Ensure consistent product quality by monitoring batching, mix design adherence, and production processes.
• Coordinate with QC teams for regular testing, material checks, and compliance with industry standards.
• Plan and allocate daily production targets, workforce schedules, and equipment utilization.
• Oversee raw material inventory, procurement follow-ups, and material handling processes.
• Monitor plant maintenance, machinery performance, and implement preventive maintenance protocols.
• Maintain production documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Supervise site/plant staff, contractors, and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Concrete, RMC, Precast, or related manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of concrete mix design, batching operations, QA/QC procedures, and plant management.
• Knowledge of production equipment, material specifications, and industry safety standards.
• Ability to manage teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and handle high-volume daily operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
