Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Operate and train team for running line equipment efficiently by addressing breakdowns and achieving the targeted output.
Handle the team of freshers to complete the end-to-end process without any deviations related to quality & safety.
Plan and Coordinate with WH team & planning team to get sufficient material as per SOP.
Monitor the process completely to achieve the shift target as per the requirement.
MIS documentation and SAP reporting as per batch.
Log sheets & documents should be maintained as per audit compliances.
Follow all GMP, GHP, and HACCP policies to produce a good quality product and maintain a tidy workplace.
Strictly adhere to all safety protocols while operating the machine.
Autonomous maintenance should be done to reduce the breakdown.
