Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Start-up and Operation

Produce products that meet all document requirements (specifications, work instructions, SOPs).
Consistently meet cable production targets.
Operate machines, measuring tools, and fixtures safely and correctly.
Identify, handle, and report abnormal situations on time.
Perform daily equipment checks, tightening, lubrication, and cleaning.
Carry out routine material checks.

2. Machine Continuous Maintenance (CM)

Independently complete Mini CM projects.
Support the Maintenance Engineer (ME) in troubleshooting machine issues.

3. SMED (Quick Changeover)

Start production after priority changeovers.
Handle issues during changeovers and provide accurate feedback.
Identify and prepare materials before completing changeovers.

4. Quality Management

Check and confirm NCRs and the quality control project list (711).
Perform daily checks, handling, and feedback for CTS, CTR, and safety items.
Handle and report exceptions found during daily inspections.

5. Team Activities

Actively participate in TPM improvement activities.
Maintain 5S standards for equipment and surrounding areas.
Participate in Lean improvement activities (SGA).

6. Coaching & Training

Obtain technical trainer certification.
Train Level 1 to Level 3 employees.
