Role Overview

Bluetyga is a Comfortable Techwear brand blending style, comfort, and innovation into everyday wear. From UPF50+ Sunscreen Jackets to wrinkle-resistant joggers and travel-friendly essentials, we design clothing that protects, performs, and adapts to modern urban lifestyles.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product placement strategies to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
• Decide which products go to which stores/outlets based on demand, season, and sales patterns.
• Analyse sales data, stock levels, and customer trends to make allocation decisions.
• Work with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Coordinate with retail teams to align product placement with display and promotional activities.
• Track performance of products by category, store, and season; recommend replenishment or markdowns.
• Support seasonal buying and assortment planning.
• Prepare product performance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s in Fashion, Business, or related field.

· 1–3 years of mandatory experience in merchandising, assortment planning, or product allocation in the fashion/apparel industry.

· Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills.

· Knowledge of fashion trends, product categories, and consumer preferences.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising tools.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making ability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
