Product Visual Merchandiser

Role Overview: You will be part of Bluetyga, a Comfortable Techwear brand that blends style, comfort, and innovation into everyday wear. Your role will involve planning and executing product placement strategies to maximize visibility and sales. You will decide which products go to which stores/outlets based on demand, season, and sales patterns. Analyzing sales data, stock levels, and customer trends will be crucial for making allocation decisions. It will be essential to work closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability. Collaboration with retail teams to align product placement with display and promotional activities is also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, tracking product performance by category, store, and season and recommending replenishment or markdowns will be key. Supporting seasonal buying and assortment planning, as well as preparing product performance reports for management review, will also fall under your purview. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute product placement strategies for maximum visibility and sales. - Decide on product allocation to stores/outlets based on demand, season, and sales patterns. - Analyze sales data, stock levels, and customer trends to make allocation decisions. - Work with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability. - Coordinate with retail teams for product placement alignment with display and promotional activities. - Track product performance by category, store, and season; recommend replenishment or markdowns. - Support seasonal buying and assortment planning. - Prepare product performance reports for management review. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising, assortment planning, or product allocation in the fashion/apparel industry. - Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills. - Knowledge of fashion trends, product categories, and consumer preferences. - Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising tools. - Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
