Product Visual Merchandiser

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the product placement strategies, ensuring maximum visibility and sales, and making informed decisions on product allocation based on demand, season, and sales patterns. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales data, stock levels, and customer trends to drive allocation decisions, collaborating with production and supply chain teams for timely product availability, and coordinating with retail teams for optimal product placement aligned with display and promotional activities. You will also be responsible for tracking product performance, supporting seasonal buying and assortment planning, and preparing product performance reports for management review. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in merchandising, assortment planning, or product allocation in the fashion/apparel industry. Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills are essential, along with knowledge of fashion trends, product categories, and consumer preferences. Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising tools is required, as well as excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities.
