Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to design and deliver exceptional userexperiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong skills inuser-centered design, visual design principles, and proficiency in modern design tools, withFigma experience as a must-have.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understandrequirements and translate them into intuitive designs.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards.Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurateimplementation.Stay updated on UI/UX trends and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 6+ years in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory); experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, orsimilar tools is a plus.Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and WCAG accessibilitystandards.Ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functionalteams.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for design handoffdiscussions.Experience with user analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics) for data-driven designdecisions.Certification in UX Design or Human-Centered Design principles
