Product UX UI Designer

Role Overview: Mezzo Labs, a digital intelligence company based in Pune, India, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join their team. You will be a key player in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for AI-driven applications, ensuring an exceptional user experience. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to align UX/UI strategies with business goals. Additionally, you will develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate ideas and maintain a consistent design system. Staying updated on the latest trends in AI, UX/UI design, and user behavior will be crucial to continuously refine the product experience. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for AI-driven applications - Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data for product design and user engagement improvement - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI teams to align UX/UI strategies with business goals - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate ideas - Create and maintain a consistent design system for brand and visual coherence - Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, UX/UI design, and user behavior - Work with developers to ensure feasible implementation of design concepts - Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in AI-driven products or SaaS platforms - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking methodologies - Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvement - Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus - Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously - Clear communication of design rationale and effective collaboration within cross-functional teams - A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work with a focus on AI, data visualization, or complex workflows is a plus - Typically 5+ years of experience or equivalent demonstrated proficiency in UX/UI design,
