- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Also, liase with Business Analysts to understand the product features, augment them, and help in setting the direction and creating high-level concept screen flows for the product functional documentation
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Conduct basic user research to draw inspirations and evaluate user feedback to enhance product usability.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Create and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistent user experiences across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Framer, Ready.ai, etc.).
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
- Proficient with creating design systems and establishing design principles
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong communication skills to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
- Evidences of leveraging AI tools to make the design process effective, efficient and of high quality
Additional preferred qualifications:
- Experience in conducting requirements gathering workshops, usability testing.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
