Product Support Engineer

As a Product Support Engineer at Valorx located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, you will be an integral part of our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customers. Collaborating closely with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product Teams, you will be a trusted advisor for our customers, guiding them through their journey with Valorx. Your responsibilities will include becoming a subject matter expert on Valorx's Fusion Platform, advocating for the value and features of Valorx to both potential and existing customers, and providing technical support to customers. You will be responsible for monitoring software issues, escalating when necessary, and effectively communicating issues and feature requests with the required information. Your strong documentation skills will be essential in contributing to the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant Technical Support experience and a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and CRM business concepts. Experience with any Salesforce Cloud or Salesforce Admin knowledge will be advantageous. Proficiency in dealing with customers via chat support, knowledge of SQL syntax and database concepts, and familiarity with REST APIs and debugging tools like Postman are required. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in night shifts (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM) and be able to prioritize and schedule work assignments based on deadlines.
