Job Summary

The

Product Sr Analyst – Regional AP (T2)

will be responsible for providing advanced functional and technical support for

Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

and

Distribution Management Systems (DMS)

across the APAC region. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, stability, and scalability of warehouse management solutions that support regional supply chain operations.This position requires strong hands-on experience in

warehouse systems, database management (Oracle / SQL Server)

, and integration with platforms such as

.NET

,

Azure Data Lake

,

Salsify

,

Salesforce

, and

AI Image Recognition (YOLO)

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 product and application support for regional WMS and DMS solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to maintain system performance, uptime, and compliance.
  • Support enhancements, upgrades, and deployments within the warehouse management ecosystem.
  • Work closely with business users to understand operational needs and translate them into system configurations or improvements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners for issue resolution and change implementation.
  • Ensure data consistency and synchronization across integrated platforms (Azure Data Lake, Salesforce, Salsify).
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and analytics-driven improvements.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Domain Expertise: Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Distribution Management Systems (DMS).
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server.
  • Technology Stack: .NET, Azure Data Lake, Salesforce, Salsify.
  • AI/Automation Tools: YOLO (AI Image Recognition).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics workflows.
