🚀 We’re Hiring! – Investment Research & Advisory (MF/PMS) | Delhi | 5 Days WFO

An AI-enabled wealth management firm is expanding its core research and advisory team!

If you’re passionate about investment products, data-driven advisory, and shaping the next generation of AI-powered portfolios, this role is for you.

📌 Role Overview

You will build and scale our advisory & investment product engine across Mutual Funds, PMS, asset allocation, and AI-driven advisory frameworks for affluent clients.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ MF & PMS Due Diligence

• Deep-dive research on AMCs, MF schemes, PMS strategies & Alternates (InvITs, REITs, MLDs, Credit funds)

• Maintain approved product lists

• Create high-quality product notes & research summaries

2️⃣ Asset Allocation & Advisory

• Build model portfolios across risk profiles

• Manage tactical & strategic asset allocation views

• Integrate research into our AI engine for scalable advisory

3️⃣ Product Governance

• Documentation & audit-ready processes

• Periodic reviews & performance tracking

• Ensure regulatory alignment across offerings

4️⃣ RM / Sales Support

• Prepare investment proposals

• Conduct portfolio reviews & insights for affluent clients

🎯 Ideal Candidate

• Strong expertise in MF/PMS research (Alternates exposure is a big plus)

• Experience in retail/affluent wealth management

• Analytical, data-driven, and comfortable writing crisp product notes
