Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the key point of contact for customers by explaining product features and benefits.
  
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in selecting the right model or variant.
  
• Conduct product presentations, test rides, and follow-up with potential buyers.
  
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, pricing, and competitor offerings.
  
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
  
• Handle product display, branding, and ensure showroom readiness.
  
• Gather customer feedback and report market trends to management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or Diploma holder (any discipline; Mechanical/Automobile preferred).
  
• 0-2 years of experience in automobile sales or customer handling.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Passionate about automobiles and EV technology.
  
• Ability to understand customer needs and explain product features effectively.
  
• Target-oriented with good negotiation and convincing skills.
  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  
• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude.
  
• Willing to work in showroom and field environments.
