Service Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Attend and understand customer service requirements.
  • Prepare job cards and record customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
  • Communicate job status and cost estimates to customers.
  • Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle billing, payments, and maintain service records.
  • Achieve service and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of two-wheelers.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills.

Qualification:

  • Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a Two-Wheeler dealership.
