Product Specialist

You will be responsible for becoming a subject matter expert on the product, understanding its features, benefits, and technical aspects. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify customer needs, analyzing competitor products, and monitoring market trends to inform product strategy. Additionally, you will contribute to product roadmaps, define features, and set product goals and objectives. You will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by assisting with product demonstrations, presentations, and training. Addressing customer inquiries, gathering feedback, and troubleshooting product-related issues will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment and success is essential. Your involvement in product launches, developing marketing materials, and contributing to promotional activities will be crucial. You will also be responsible for tracking product performance, analyzing key metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. Providing training to internal teams and customers on the product and its features will also be part of your duties. Essential skills for this role include strong communication skills, the ability to clearly explain technical information and product details to various audiences, deep product knowledge, market awareness, problem-solving skills, customer focus, collaboration and teamwork, analytical skills, and presentation skills.
