This Position reports to: Head - Building Solutions
Your role and responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Bengaluru, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Product Strategy Execution: Implements product marketing strategy for the assigned area/segment, aligning value propositions and product positioning with global strategy.
- Target Achievement: Ensures order intake and Net Promoter Score (NPS) by meeting product marketing targets and initiating improvement plans when needed.
- Marketing & Business Planning: Executes the annual marketing plan and prepares business plans focused on market-specific development and growth.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Coordinates with Sales to conduct market analysis, forecasts, and shares insights on customer research, competitor data, and market conditions.
Qualifications for the role: - Educational Qualification: Full-time Engineering degree in any stream (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, etc.).
- Commissioning Experience: Practical experience in commissioning with any renowned BMS (Building Management System) brand.
- IoT & Smart Building Knowledge: Thorough understanding of IoT applications in smart buildings and integrated building management systems (IBMS).
- Protocol Mastery: Proficient in industry-standard communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, M-Bus, and wireless communication standards.
- Technical Skills: Ability to configure, integrate, and troubleshoot BMS components and third-party devices within automation systems.
- Communication Skills: Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset to work effectively across teams and customer environments
