acting as the customer advocate, collaborating with cross-functional teams like engineering, sales, and marketing, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the product's commercial success and market alignment

  • Strategy and Vision:

    Develops the product's vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and meets market needs.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    Conducts market and competitor research to identify opportunities and understand customer needs and trends.
  • Product Roadmap:

    Creates and owns the product roadmap, which outlines the product's direction and key milestones.
  • Requirements Definition:

    Defines high-level requirements and product features, acting as the voice of the customer to the development team.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

    Collaborates with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Customer Advocacy:

    Champions the customer's needs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Launch Management:

    Plans and coordinates the go-to-market strategy, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch.
  • Product Performance Analysis:

    Monitors and analyzes product metrics to track performance, gather customer feedback, and inform future improvements.
  • Backlog Management:

    Manages and prioritizes the product backlog to guide the development team.
