Product Quality Specialist

As a Product Quality Specialist at Juniper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the hardware product quality critical issue management. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading Hardware Product Quality Critical issues and independently leading root cause and corrective action activities. - Driving Root Cause Corrective Actions related to Field Returns to meet the company's goals. - Leading cross-functional meetings within Juniper to monitor Field Quality and Reliability and drive necessary actions. - Engaging with Quality Metrics to monitor, identify trends, and drive improvements, including the development of new measures and metrics. - Representing Product Quality Engineering in projects with global impact and policy changes company-wide. - Collaborating with various teams to resolve failure modes attributed to supplier or internal quality, manufacturing, or design-related deficiencies. - Supporting critical initiatives to ensure consistency and standardization within the organization. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. - Five or more years of work-related experience. - Familiarity with electronic assembly processes and IPC specs. - Flexibility with working hours and ability to work with different cultures. - Proficiency in data management applications such as SQL, Tableau, and/or Alteryx is desirable. - Familiarity with Electronics Manufacturing and Quality Systems is a plus. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products required, Agile knowledge is a plus. - Ability to influence, empower, and lead multi-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and auditing skills. - Solid project management skills. - Excellent collaboration, influencing, communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills. The work environment for this role is primarily an office setting with off-hours support required. Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be necessary.,
