Product & Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Product & Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing product lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including feature definition, roadmap planning, and prioritization. 
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product goals and development timelines. 
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to identify product opportunities and improvements. 
• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes. 

Project Management:

• Coordinate project activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress, milestones, and any potential issues. 
• Track project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams, resolving conflicts and removing obstacles as needed. 
• Conduct project post-mortems to assess project successes, challenges, and key learnings. 

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role in Product Management, Project Management, or related fields. 
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. 

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies. 
• Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and product tools (e.g., Productboard, Aha!). 
• Understanding of product development and software engineering processes. 

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing issues. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics). 
• Exposure to customer experience and user research. 
• Certification in Project Management (CAPM, PMP, or Agile) or Product Management (e.g., AIPMM).
