Job Title: Process Trainer

Department: Training & Development
Reports To: Training Manager / Operations Manager
Location: Ranchi
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Process Trainer to design, deliver, and assess training programs for new hires and existing employees. The Process Trainer will be responsible for ensuring team members understand and effectively execute operational processes, procedures, and quality standards. This role bridges the gap between operations and learning, ensuring consistency and compliance across all process-driven tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions on company processes, policies, and procedures to new hires and existing employees.
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, job aids, and documentation.
  • Work closely with the operations team to understand changes in processes and incorporate them into training.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees and supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of training completion and performance metrics.
  • Assist in onboarding and nesting of new employees to ensure smooth transition to live operations.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide refresher training and support for low-performing team members.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into training strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role (preferably in [industry, e.g., BPO, manufacturing, etc.]).
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into easily understood content.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., Train the Trainer, CPTM, etc.)
  • Experience with e-learning tools and virtual training platforms.
  • Knowledge of performance coaching or mentoring techniques.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Training completion rate
  • Post-training assessment scores
  • New hire performance during nesting
  • Reduction in process errors
  • Feedback from trainees and man

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
