Job Description – Solution Architect / Product Owner (Healthcare IT) Position: Solution Architect / Product Owner (Healthcare IT) Experience: 8–12 years in Software Development, Cloud Deployment & Healthcare IT Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in cloud hosting, containerization technologies, and healthcare IT systems. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and manage healthcare applications, while progressively transitioning into a Product Owner role to lead service-related topics in the healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities Containerization & Cloud Technologies: Hands-on expertise in Containers, Kubernetes, Dockers, and related containerization frameworks. Strong experience in cloud hosting of applications, virtual appliances, databases, and centralized logging systems. Healthcare IT & Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare IT, especially in Radiology. Knowledge of healthcare market trends, product design, and customer requirements. Familiarity with DICOM, IHE standards and integration with medical imaging systems. Awareness of legal regulations and compliance standards such as FDA 21 CFR 820 QSR, ISO 13485. Software Engineering & Product Lifecycle: Strong programming skills with prior experience in software development roles. Hands-on in requirements engineering, usability engineering, and feature definition activities. Experience across the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and product lifecycle management (PLM). Exposure to Agile methodology and ability to work as part of cross-functional agile teams. Product Ownership & Leadership: Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, aligning product features with market and customer needs. Drive initiatives towards becoming a Product Owner, leading serviceability, infrastructure, and product deployment topics. Work closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define roadmap and features. Key Skills & Competencies Strong technical expertise in cloud-native applications & containerization. Deep domain knowledge of Healthcare IT (Radiology, Clinical Workflows, Imaging Standards). Good understanding of regulatory frameworks for medical devices/software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage requirements, usability, and product features with customer focus. Leadership potential to grow into a Product Owner role. Preferred Experience 8–12 years of professional experience in software development and deployment in Healthcare IT. Proven track record in cloud technologies, containerization, and medical device compliance. Hands-on knowledge of Agile practices, requirements engineering, and usability engineering.
