Job Description

Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce CRM and Certinia systems.

Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements.

Prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and stakeholder input.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in partnership with Scrum Masters and development teams.

Monitor product performance and adoption, using data to inform enhancements and optimizations.

Serve as the voice of the user, advocating for intuitive experiences and scalable processes.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in enterprise CRM environments.

Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Certinia (FinancialForce) modules.

Strong grasp of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.

Experience with data integration, reporting, and automation within CRM ecosystems.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.

Familiarity with CRM, software & services offerings, delivery, financial operations, billing, and revenue recognition processes is highly desirable.
