Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead our team as a Manager in Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software services and industry X.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of product and platform engineering strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions.
Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and architectures for products and platforms.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and platforms that meet customer needs.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers and developers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in software services, preferably in industry X.
Strong knowledge of product and platform engineering principles and practices.
Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
