Knowledge of JIRA, Agile Craft, Kanban,Agile Development Methodology, MicrosoftOffice tool and Sharepoint.4. Knowledge of Telco products and services isadded advantage.5. Excellent communication and mentoringskills6. Extensive experience planning, facilitating,eliciting, documenting, and managingbusiness, functional and technicalrequirements7. Expertise in writing User Stories, conductingSprint ceremonies and reports on health ofscrum team.8. Significant experience with both traditionalwaterfall SDLC and Agile/Leanmethodologies.9. Exceptional writing, communication,teamwork and influencing skills that foster acollaborative and continuous improvementenvironment 1. Decompose features into user stories w/testableacceptance criteria (including reporting acceptancecriteria if applicable)2. Understand the overall product vision includingcustomer experience, define the approach within thescrum team and ensure it is communicated to all scrumteam members.3. Scrum with UX and development teams to work onbacklog grooming, prioritize bug fixes, UXimprovements and feature expansion/elimination4. Ensures grooming is taking place at the right speed -team maintains 2 sprint groomed backlog5. Negotiate prioritization of dependencies with otherProduct Managers - commit to dependencies openedagainst the team6. Attends demo and accepts stories that meets Definitionof Done7. Communicates clearly and regularly about the userstories and the connection to the features8. Monitors team agile metrics, KPIs (POCR,progression, conversion), identifies areas forimprovement.9. If applicable, review content & design with Legal toobtain feedback; analyze feedbacks RE legal risk anddetermines what/if changes to implement.10. Responsible for all aspects of the scum team's output -UX, technology and user story
