Sound understanding of Agile practices, and their implementation in large organisations. ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management, or equivalent experience. Degree in Financial, Business, IT or Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong leadership and team management abilities, and ability to manage across teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
