Job Title: Product Owner – SEPA Payments

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in SEPA payments to lead product strategy, manage the product backlog, and ensure successful delivery of payment solutions. The role serves as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for SEPA payment solutions.
• Gather and refine requirements, translating them into clear user stories.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SEPA regulations and payment industry standards.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst in the payments domain.
• Strong knowledge of SEPA payments, clearing systems, and banking operations.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex payment processes and define effective solutions.
