Product Owner

As a technical product owner at Equifax, you play a crucial role in bridging customer desires with technological capabilities to drive strategic conversations and enhance value for Equifax and its customers. Your responsibilities include grooming the product backlog, understanding technical requirements, and creating a more efficient user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Connects with the Customer:** Partner with Product Management to identify customers and stakeholders, understand customer pain points, and develop whole product solutions. - **Contributes to the Plan and Roadmap:** Assist in solutioning, estimation, dependency management, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning. - **Manages & Prioritizes Team Backlog(s):** Create user stories, prioritize backlog, document acceptance criteria, and contribute to demos. - **Getting and Applying Feedback & Lessons Learned:** Capture feedback from demos, participate in delivery retrospectives, monitor adoption KPIs, and adopt feedback in future iterations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered - 2-5 years of product management experience or related coursework - General understanding of Agile methodologies and data structure & analytics - Cloud certification or ability to attain If you possess the ability to build strong relationships, are organized and detail-oriented, understand the value of product ownership, and have experience working with global partners, you could be the ideal candidate for this role.
