Product Owner Client Platforms

• Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute the product roadmap, define the overall product vision, and stay updated on market and client needs. Product Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, translating client requirements into user stories and features for the development team. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment. Development Oversight: Provide clear product requirements to development teams, support the agile development process, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria. Market Analysis: Monitor emerging trends in relevant markets and industry standards, such as credit scoring or client lifecycle management, to inform product direction. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products and platforms adhere to regulatory requirements, risk mitigation policies, and business conduct standards. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with various internal parties, including engineering, design, risk, and other product teams, to ensure successful delivery.
