Process Mining Consultant

• Experience with Process Mining Platforms: Proficiency in at least one process mining tool such as Celonis, Signavio, or similar platforms. Data Analytics & Programming: Strong skills in data manipulation using languages like Python, R, or SQL for developing custom solutions. Business Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and an understanding of various business functions like finance, procurement, and operations. Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to conduct data-driven analysis, interpret complex data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Communication: Excellent ability to facilitate workshops, clearly communicate findings, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics.
